Its South Orlando location is "in the middle of nowhere, but who cares?" when you've got "the best of the Ritz-Carltons in Florida" say surveyors who swoon over this "super-sized, yet surprisingly intimate" "Italian palace–like" resort filled with "everything you never knew you needed, [like] a chilled towel and lemonade upon check-in", "amazing rooms", "outstanding" cuisine at Norman's, "top-notch activities" and an "Epcot of spas combining services from around the world"; P.S. the "wonderful" staff "takes care of kids as if they're the ones paying the bill."

OUTSTANDING!!! It doesn't get any better than this!
We all loved everything.
Outstanding facility and definitely worth the money. It was slightly more than other hotels but definitely worth it. The staff was terrific. The pool was outstanding. The restaurants were reasonable and very good. Everything was truly outstanding. ...read more
